This 5000 sq. foot home is located at the end of 12th Ave on the Prom, just steps from the beach, was furnished to accommodate your family with plenty of choices to select your sleeping arrangements and many staples available for your use.
Seaview Manor is located on the north end of the prom, a short 12-block walk to downtown and easy access to Seaside activities. A wrap-around deck with gas barbecue provides stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. The fenced back yard is beautifully landscaped and perfect for an additional outdoor area.
The street level has a roomy garage, a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, game room with cubby under the stairs for puppets or performance, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, game table, toys for the kids and plenty of seating.
The main floor has a sweeping view of the ocean from the open concept living area. The spacious kitchen is perfect for families to prepare dinner together. New granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add that extra touch of class. Laundry Room and 3 (out of 5+ bedrooms) are located on the main floor.
